Abstract |
Background. Creativity has been cited as one of the 21st century key skills that modern education systems must develop. In practice, not everyone is ready for this. For example, a 2018 HSE study showed that about 30 % of respondents believe that creativity cannot be taught, that the assessment system that exists in many countries does not contribute to the development of creativity. In the article, the author presents the models of creativity existing in foreign practice. The purpose of this work is to study existing models of creativity to generalize the ways of forming a creative environment in Russian organizations. |
