Abstract

Background. Creativity has been cited as one of the 21st century key skills that modern education systems must develop. In practice, not everyone is ready for this. For example, a 2018 HSE study showed that about 30 % of respondents believe that creativity cannot be taught, that the assessment system that exists in many countries does not contribute to the development of creativity. In the article, the author presents the models of creativity existing in foreign practice. The purpose of this work is to study existing models of creativity to generalize the ways of forming a creative environment in Russian organizations.
Materials and methods. The empirical basis for the study was the report The Future of Jobs, presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and the Workplace Learning Report.
Results. Generalization of the research, taking into account the challenges and demands of the modern world, will allow most organizations to form a systemic development and support the creative abilities of their employees. An important postulate of the research is the need to take into account the possible negative consequences of creativity and be able to turn it into a common value.
Conclusions. The presented study, covering a large coverage of empirical data, will allow all participants in the business process to form a creative environment, which will give a powerful impetus to the development of "soft" skills that are so important today.
